Reporting Process

After you have reached this platform, we ask you to first read all the information in the boxes "Reporting Process", "Why should I submit a report?" and "Anonymity".

In the following box "Data Protection and Starting a report", please first take note of the information about Data privacy. Then click the "Report suspicion" button in this box to reach a page where you can describe your information or suspicion. To support your report, you can also upload documents there and send them with your report. If you would like to report your information or suspicion completely anonymously, please remember especially our instructions under "Notice on Anonymity". We also ask you to answer the three questions on if you are ready to answer any further questions anonymously, if there is reason for concern that either the compliance department or the audit department itself are involved.

Now click the "Report suspicion" button to go to a check page where you can make a final verification of the content of your information and the settings you selected for anonymous response to questions and the possible involvement of the Compliance department / Group Audit.

If you are ready to answer questions anonymously and confirm your information with the "Report suspicion" button, you will now receive a 16 digit communication number. The contact person at Jungheinrich is informed in parallel that a report has been received on the whistleblow GmbH server.

You can see any responses to your information on our platform after about a week. To do this, enter your communication number in the "Suspicion report reply" and click the "View response" button. On the page which then opens you will find the previous written communication and you can reply there to the response from Jungheinrich.
